Santee Mosaic Bollards

An awesome new project! We designed and created 32 swirly tendril mosaic insets for 8 bollards for the City of Santee, CA. After making the insets in the studio on mesh, we flew down to install them this week. Much thanks to Amanda Conahan for collaborating with me on the design direction, and a huge thanks to Carol Bevilacqua for flying down with me to install them over 5 long days!! 

Commissioned by TB Penick who did the surrounding hardscape renovation, seeded glass sidewalks and installation of Amanda Conahan's litho-moasic in the intersection.
