Our exterior glass mosaic mural for Skechers flagship store in Manhattan Beach, CA celebrates local sea life with a lush stained glass kelp forest brimming with native species. The mural is an ode to the Roundhouse Aquarium, located at the end of the Manhattan Beach pier and visible from the mural site. We are thrilled to have designed and created this mosaic for Skechers that helped launch Manhattan Beach’s public murals program.

Manhattan Beach, CA

18.5’ wide x 10.5’ high

Native species depicted in the mural: Two spot octopus, leopard shark, thresher shark, bat ray, garibaldi fish, popeye catalufa, starry rockfish, kelp bass, California sheephead, señorita fish, ochre starfish, sunflower starfish, Pacific sand dollars, green anemone, sea fans and giant kelp.
