New Steel and Resin Sculpture on the Way

Fabrication of our new stainless steel and resin sculpture is almost complete! Titled ‘Journeys’ our design represents ocean waves and currents, travel, and exploration, inspired by the Southern Pacific Railway along the Bay. Five freestanding panels with beautiful translucent resin in shades of blue will be aligned in an open radiating layout at the entry of a new multi purpose building in San Mateo, CA. Thank you to Martin’s Metal Fabrication for doing a wonderful job bringing our designs to life, and to 3-Form for the stunning resin panels. Installation is set for this Thursday. Stay tuned!

Project designed by Guy Fuerte and Rachel Rodi.

Happy New Year!!!

Here’s to a wonderful, healthy and very creative 2022! Our wishes are to stay safe and well, with family and friends close, keep our spirits up and and keep creating! All the best to you and yours.

Tile Mosaic Shower Progress Pics

We just finished creating a huge, fun shower mosaic wall! Our modern, abstract waves design in shades of blue and gold nods to a sun kissed ocean and warm, inviting waters. The installation is for a new Vallejo, CA home with an adventurous owner. The wall measures 7.75’ high x 7.5’ wide - one of the largest residential showers we have seen. We had a blast designing and creating this mural!

Mosaic Dragon Seat Walls Installed!

Dragon Mosaic Face Park.jpg

We are celebrating the completion of our two super long dragon mosaic seat walls at West Portal Playground! We installed the final benches this March, which total 58’ long and integrate over 100 donor recognition tiles as the dragon feathers, scales and playful stars. The project began in 2016 with initial design concepts for the park’s long awaited renovation. The playground’s new theme was ‘Above the Clouds’ with a magical, fantasy focus where the renovated park would feature a new, huge dragon play structure. Hundreds of community donations were gathered since then to help support the park renovation. Rachel Rodi and Guy Fuerte worked together to complete the design and lead the mosaic fabrication and installation. We are thrilled with the final result and are so happy to be able to work with San Francisco Parks Alliance and San Francisco Recreation and Parks again on such a fun, meaningful project.
